Physician Details

David J Morton MD FACC

Graduated from The University of Missouri-Columbia Medical School in 1981. His residency was completed at The Bowman Gray School of Medicine of Wake Forest University and The North Carolina Baptist Hospitals, Inc. in 1984 and his cardiology fellowship at The University of Cincinnati School of Medicine in 1986. He is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiology, as well as Interventional Cardiology. Dr. Morton performs cardiac catheterizations, implantation of permanent pacemakers, PTCA, peripheral angioplasties, directional coronary atherectomy, rotablator atherectomy, stress testing, standard echocardiography, transesophageal echocardiography and Doppler studies. Dr. Morton is Chief of Cardiology at St. Anthony's Medical Center.
